A certified METCON Trainer is a person who wants to discover the foundational methods, principles and exercise of METCON in order to safely utilise METCON either for themselves or their clients.
During this course you will go though the principles and methods of the METCON methods, and many of the foundational key programming structures, and exercises that we use within the METCON methods. This includes:
—The METCON 5 Pillars of Health
—The METCON 8 Foundational Movements
—The METCON 10 Expressions of Movements
You will also practice a number of scaling drills for most movements, as well as being involved in METCON standardised Daily Workouts (DW), as well as creating and presenting some of your own Daily Workouts to the class.
Participants will be required to participate in a number of Daily Workouts, so please plan all exercise/post-exercise attire, and nutrition practices accordingly.
